8 oz orange juice

Breakfast: 1/2 c oatmeal w cinnamon & 1/4 c blueberries; 10 fresh pineapple chunks

Snack: 1 slice wheat toast w 1 tbsp natural pb; 1 orange

Lunch: strawberry spinach walnut salad-no dressing

Snack: 10 m&ms (not shown); handful of apple chunks at work (not shown); grilled chicken wrap w honey mustard & lettuce

Dinner: 1 plain hamburger

Snack: 1 slice strawberry cake

  • POP Pilates: Back Attack Workout
  • POP Pilates: Backless Dress Workout
  • Crossfit: 1-minute rounds, 4 exercises; increasing reps by 1 each minute (starting with 3 reps in minute 1) until failure, then moving on to next exercise

             Deadlifts: 95 lbs x 11 rounds

             Hang Power Clean: 65 lbs x 7 rounds

             Push Press: 45 lbs x 9 rounds

             Back Squats: 45 lbs x 11 rounds (just the bar because it was my last exercise and I was dying, but they were fucking beautiful. Any lower and I would have been sitting on the ground.)
